The Centre for Cities is a non-partisan research and policy institute, helping cities improve their economic performance. We work with cities, employers and central government to develop practical policy solutions which help urban economies grow.
Our main goal is to understand how and why economic growth and change takes place in Britain’s cities, and to help cities improve their performance.
At Urban Hub Party Conferences 2009 Centre for Cities are working with Kapsch on Transport Question Time, the ICAEW on the Regions Incorporated breakfast roundtable, and Openreach on Tomorrow's city economies, exploring future sources of new jobs.
